The Helendale Weight Loss Center, supervised by Dr. Rachel Conley, offers a comprehensive weight loss program that will reinvent your lifestyle. We help you establish a healthy body weight supported with proper eating habits and moderate exercises.
Board-certified in Internal and Bariatric Medicine, Dr. Conley offers medical supervision to each weight loss patient. A customized weight loss plan will be implemented based on the patient’s individual needs. Dr. Conley is committed to the lifelong success of her patients.
Obesity is the accumulation of excess or abnormal body fat that has the potential to lead to additional weight-related health problems. Obesity is officially determined by the BMI (Body Mass Index) rating of each individual. The BMI is calculated using the height and weight of the patient (BMI = kg/m²). For adults, a BMI of 18.5-24.9 is average, 25-29.9 is overweight, and 30 or higher is considered obese.
Obesity has 3 classifications:
Obese, Class I: >30 – >35
Obese, Class II: >35 – >40
Obese, Class III: >40

The New Direction Weight Loss System teaches you how to cope with and control your thoughts and feelings concerning food. It also helps you replace old, harmful habits with new healthy habits that last a lifetime. This program fully supports your desire to lose weight safely yet quickly, and helps you reach your long-term weight maintenance goals.
The food replacement provides all the necessary nutrition adults need on a daily basis. The exercise portion of the program offers a safe, effective, and consistent workout. The system prompts rapid yet safe weight loss and includes thorough education. The goal isn’t to keep patients on meal replacements, but to establish healthy eating habits that endure well beyond the completion of the program.

Helendale Weight Loss Center is excited to have Lindsay Veomett as our fitness trainer. Lindsay is a certified fitness instructor. She meets with our weight loss clients once a week. She is also currently teaching at the Brownstone Training Center in Victor.
She has competed in natural figure competitions.
Payment is due at time of service. We accept cash, check, credit cards and carecredit . We will provide medical receipts to submit to insurance, flex spending or HRA for possible reimbursement.
