Amy Kernahan

Amy has over ten years experience as a professional makeup artist. Starting her career at the young age of eighteen, Amy has done it all. With her extensive experience with photo shoots, runway shows, commercial work and as a National Makeup Artist for Estee Lauder, she has earned a reputation in the makeup world for her clean and classic approach to beauty.

In addition to her work as a makeup artist, Amy also specializes in micropigmentation, also known as permanent cosmetics. Her expertise has earned her recognition from Allure Magazine (Best Eyebrows from Broadway to La Brea, 2001), Boston Magazine (Best of Boston, 2001), Lucky Magazine(2007) and a television appearance on Lifetime TV’s Matched in Manhattan. Amy has had the pleasure of working with celebrities such as Andie MacDowall, Jules Asner, Ingrid Hoffmann, Kaitlin Wachs, Kathy Hilton, George Foreman and Antoine Fischer.

Based in NYC Amy is a licensed cosmetologist and certified micropigmentation artist in New York State. She is a member of the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professional.
